Built In Steamer

What great flexibility to have steam-cooking set next to your kitchen wet area.  With an automatic drain function, which can be connected to the waste outlet of an adjoining sink, why not position an in bench steamer next to the sink.  A pull out kitchen mixer set over the sink can be extended to conveniently fill the steamer.
