Below, the self-cleaning, dual-convection electric oven with two fans, four heating elements and ten cooking modes. The two fans rotate in opposite directions and come on sequentially to give perfectly even cooking heat over three levels.  Cookies covering each of the three trays are browned to equal perfection.

 

Big enough to hold a 30kg roast, the oven has an ergonomic panel that allows cooks to check the oven’s status without bending down. There are eight top configurations available in widths of 914, 1219, 1524mm.

 

A classic design with rugged good looks, its robust controls and heavy-duty cast iron cook-top plates are testament to its outstanding build quality. The cast iron grates connect seamlessly and are coated with porcelain so that you can easily slide pots from one burner to another.

 

With a Wolf range you are always in control of your cooking. Dual stacked burners offer pinpoint power and performance, delivering the exact heat you need, from extremely low simmer flame at .36Mj for gentle simmering to a furnace like heat 4.8kW for searing.  

 

It's like having two burners in one.  The top burner is powerful with the gas flame impinging on the base of your pot, pan or wok, the top burner when turned down by the single control, switches off and the lower burner ignites providing a gentle simmer heat with no contact with the base of the pan. This means you could leave chocolate on simmer all day and it still wouldn’t burn or stick. We call this true simmer.

 

With a concealed electronic touch sensitive control panel that rotates when the range is in use, even the finest adjustments are always at your fingertips.  Wolf controls are designed to be efficient, intuitive and always precise.
